Bjørn Wille is a Partner and International Market Advisor at Tan Jimenez Consulting, bringing more than three decades of senior leadership and international business experience across Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. His career spans corporate strategy, finance, business development, company expansion and cross-sector partnerships, with extensive experience working in complex international and emerging-market environments.

His background includes senior roles with global organisations such as ABB and Tetra Pak. Earlier in his career, Bjørn held senior finance and operational responsibilities, including serving as Company Controller for ABB Sakti Industry and Finance Director for Tetra Pak Indonesia. He later helped establish Tetra Laval’s Food for Development Office, developing commercially sustainable public–private partnership programmes that connected governments, international development organisations, local industries and communities. His work included major dairy development, nutrition and school-feeding initiatives across Africa and Asia, as well as business development responsibilities supporting India and Sri Lanka.

Today, as Managing Partner of IMAS Analytics AI, Bjørn helps guide the company’s strategic direction and international development. His work connects visitor analytics, predictive intelligence and people-flow technology with practical business outcomes across retail, commercial environments, transportation, public infrastructure and smart spaces. IMAS operates through an international network spanning Norway and Southeast Asia, helping organisations use data to improve operational planning, customer understanding, performance and measurable commercial value.
